BIG AGNES Copper Spur UL3 Bikepack tent - is a dependable ultralight tent designed for three adventurers who want to travel further, whether on foot or by bike. Its fully freestanding design provides excellent stability on a wide range of terrain, from rocky surfaces to soft forest ground. This makes pitching quick and hassle-free, wherever your journey takes you.
Thanks to its shortened pole segments (approx. 30 cm, 12'') and a total weight of around 1.3 kg, this tent is easy to transport and perfectly suited for mounting on handlebars or bike frames. The included waterproof dry bag-style stuff sack makes packing and attaching the tent to your bike simple and secure.
Weighing just around 1.6 kg, the tent combines durable polyamide fabric with lightweight yet strong DAC Featherlite poles. The use of advanced Hyperbead™ material further enhances durability and waterproof performance while keeping weight to a minimum. HyperBead™ fabric is 6% lighter, 25% more waterproof and 50% stronger than traditional fabrics, without added water repellent chemicals. With a hydrostatic head of 1,500 mm for both the fly and floor, it provides reliable protection from rain and changing weather conditions throughout spring, summer, and autumn.
This tent also features the vestibule style awnings you know from Copper Spur UL series.
Comes in a bikepacking specific waterproof
dry bag stuff sack to attach to the handlebars and is designed to withstand the rigors of trail travel.
With two integrated Big Hitch straps for easy attachment to a bike frame, raft, or any mounting point.
All bikepacking-specific features are thoughtfully integrated, including an oversized interior helmet pocket and daisy-chain webbing loops, perfect for drying wet clothing and gear on the go.
Unique to Bikepack series of tents is extended footprint which creates a vestibule floor for dry, dirt free changing and additional gear storage. Footprint (sold separately) helps protect the floor of the tent from water, mud or sharp objects and extend the life of your tent floor. For those who want to travel light, the footprint enables to pitch a lightweight Fast Fly shelter only with the rainfly, the poles, and the footprint for a tarp style set-up that weighs only 1.47kg.
